Why Sleep When There Are Still Books to Read
When I talk about books I tend to talk in absolutes; we love all the books in our favourite genre and prefer the book to the adaptation, but there’s an exception to every rule and in this tag I get to talk about those exceptions. Of all the tags I’ve taken part in since I started blogging food tags are always my favourite. This is actually my second time taking part in The Cookie Book Tag but who doesn’t love cookies, seriously is there anyone out there who doesn’t? Between the last time I published a post for this award and now, I was nominated by nine bloggers. Given that this is the ‘Rapid Fire’ book tag I tried to keep my answers short and, well, rapid. This is actually the second time I’ve taken part in the Book Scavenger Hunt Tag, but I had so much fun the first time around that when I was tagged again I couldn’t wait to jump back in for a second time. I love scavenger hunts, I’ve taken part in one of two over the years, and I love books so this tag is combining two of my favourite things. Plus it gives me a chance to showcase more books and bookish goodies currently sitting on my bookshelves.
