Another month has been and gone, and with it more of my most anticipated releases of 2017 have been released. Overall March was a great month for me; I unveiled my new blog design, I read and reviewed what was my most anticipated releases of this year, and I finally created a Goodreads account for this blog.

The Scarecrow Queen by Melinda Salisbury

This series just seemed to get better with each book. I enjoyed the first and loved the second, so it was no surprise that I thought the third and final book was the best of the trilogy.

A Conjuring of Light by V.E. Schwab

Chances are if you’ve been following my blog for a while you know how much I love this series and how excited I was for A Conjuring of Light. This was my most anticipated release for 2017 and it more than lived up to my expectations.

History is All You Left Me by Adam Silvera

After reading Adam Silvera’s first book I jumped straight into History is All You Left Me. This book was just as moving, just as heartbreaking, and just as beautifully written as More Happy Than Not.

Zeroes Series

Zeroes was a re-read for me before I picked up Swarm, and I enjoyed it just as much the second time as I did the first. After the way Swarm ended I cannot wait to get my hands on the third book in the series.

ARC Review: A Crown of Wishes by Roshani Chokshi

Another of my most anticipated releases for 2017 A Crown of Wishes was better than I thought it would be, and even better than The Star-Touched Queen was in my opinion.

The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern

There aren’t really enough words to fully describe how much I love this book. It’s one I’m always re-reading, and every time I pick it up there’s something new I discover about the story or the characters that I fall more in love with.

ARC Review: Defy the Stars by Claudia Gray

I only requested this from NetGalley on a whim, but it’s one of the best books I’ve picked up this year so far. Defy the Stars reminds me what it is about the sci-fi genre I love so much, and I can’t wait to get my hands on book two.

The Remnant Chronicles

While I wasn’t that much of a fan of the first book, the pacing was a little too slow for my liking, by the time I got around to the second and third books I could understand what it was about this series everyone loved.

Wires and Nerve by Marissa Meyer

It’s no secret Marissa Meyer’s Lunar Chronicles series is one of my all-time favourites, so I was really excited to get around to Iko’s story. While I haven’t read many graphic novels Wires and Nerve is still a favourite of mine.

After all the work I did on my blog over the course of March I’m going to take a break from major reveals and re-designs. I’ll still be posting the same amount, likely, but there are still some finishing touches I need to finish and April is going to be the month for those.
